Consultations |
|
This is where all our jobs start
whether you are interested in
Interior Redesign, Decorating,
or Staging. We will meet with
you, learn about your lifestyle
and get to know your goals for
the space. At this time we will
offer suggestions and ideas
which you can implement yourself
or have us implement using one
of our other services. In some
cases two appointments will be
necessary. During the first, we
will discuss your situation and
during the second we will
provide some solutions. If you
have decided to proceed with a
redesign, decorating or staging
work then we will measure and
take photographs at this
consultation.

Fee: $75 first hour,
$50 each additional hour

Interior Redesign |
While you are
out for a few hours enjoying
your day, we will take about 4-5
hours and transform your room
using your existing furniture
and accessories. In some cases
clients desire a few new items
to be added and we can shop for
those and include them in the
redesign.
*Note
- All Redesigns begin with a
Consultation and typically take
90 minutes.
Fees: $250 and up based on
size and number of rooms to be
Redesigned. We offer a
multi-room discount.

Interior Decorating |
Sometimes it’s just time for
some new things. We can start
with some things you already
have and build around that or we
can start from scratch. Since we
are service based, we shop
retail and bring everything to
your door! For large items we
will shop with you and assist
you in finding the perfect piece
of furniture. That’s what we
mean by One-Day Decorating!
Fees: Decorating & Design $50
per hour

Personal Decor Shopping |
Whether we shop together or on
our own, Your Places and Spaces
can help find those special
things that make a house a home.
This is done within your budget
and satisfaction is guaranteed
or we take it back.
Fees: $50 per hour

Real-Estate Staging |
If you want to sell your house
quickly and for the most money,
you can’t afford not to Stage
your home. Many people think
that just getting rid of clutter
and putting out some fresh
flowers is ‘staging’ but this is
simply not true. It’s much more
than that! The goal in staging
is to show the house off in the
best possible light by accenting
the positive and minimizing the
negative. This is the same
premise that builders use when
selling new homes. When you walk
into a model home and can
envision yourself living there
this is because it was staged
through the creative use of
furniture, lighting, and
accessories. This is our goal
for your house.
We offer two main types of
Staging Services - Assessments
and Showcasing.
Assessments

Consultation/Walkthrough
This is where we walk
through your home with a
buyer’s eye pointing out the
positives and negatives of
your property. We will also
give you suggestions and
ideas to help you highlight
the positive and minimize
the negative aspects of the
property. Areas that will be
discussed include curb
appeal, color, flooring,
furniture placement, and
cleanliness.
Fees: $75 first hour, $50
each additional hour

NSS Evaluation
We use the NSS (National
Scoring System) to evaluate
the property inside and out.
This is an objective way to
‘grade’ your home based on
its appearance. It is very
thorough and includes a
written report. With this
information, the homeowner
could proceed on their own
or have us come back to
Showcase the home
Fees: 10% of estimated
square footage of house -
$250 minimum. For
example, a 3000 sq. ft home
would be $300
*Note – this
is the only service which
does not require a previous
consultation
Showcasing
This is similar to a
redesign except that instead
of personalizing your home
to you, we design it so that
it appeals to the greatest
number of potential buyers.
Fees: this depends on
scope of work. •Multi-room
discounts are available.

Move In/Downsizing Services |
Did you just move to your new
house, combine homes or need to
downsize and feel perplexed as
to how to set everything up? We
can artfully arrange all your
furnishings to make your new
home feel like a warm, welcoming
haven.
Fees: Consultations: $75 first
hour, $50 for additional hours

fees are due and payable upon completion of the work.
* Travel charges will be added for travel more than 30 miles
from Rochester Hills.
